Our story begins back in 1987 when Joe Jordan, who grew up helping his father in the trade, decided to build a business of his own. From those early days, Joe carried forward the same work ethic, craftsmanship, and pride that his dad instilled in him.

Joe continues to personally oversee every project, making sure each one meets the highest standards of quality. His wife and co-owner, Penny, manages the office and ensures every customer feels supported throughout the process. Their son, Parker, joined the company in 2020 as project consultant. Having grown up around the trade, he now provides quotes, visits jobsites, and assists Joe with daily operations. Parker’s wife, Mariah, came on board in 2021 and plays a key role in customer service, lead scheduling, and handling expenses alongside Penny.

While their daughter Shandi is no longer in the business, she spent many years as part of the Sooner State team, helping build the strong foundation we have today.
